They want a degree of certainty about achieving goals in the short or medium or long term. They’re prepared to look at a number of different options. They want to have things communicated to them clearly and in simple speak. They want to deal with professionals who’ve had many years of experience in different areas of Finance. They want to make things as simple as possible for them on the administration side. They want to deal with a company that has multiple suppliers of services. They want to have clear communication between their planner, their accountant, their lawyer. They want to make sure that all i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed in terms of achieving their goals in the short, medium and long term.
And they want to have more time to spend doing the things that they love, not the things that they have to do.”
